I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Titanic Beach Hurghada. This hotel fails to meet even basic expectations for a five-star resort and offers none of the service quality one would expect at this price level.
The staff appear constantly irritated and unhelpful, even when approached with simple questions or polite requests. Genuine friendliness or customer care is practically nonexistent, unless you offer a generous tip. Only then do you receive proper attention or basic service, such as taking drink orders at the restaurant or by the pool. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.
The food is mediocre at best, repetitive, bland, and lacking variety. The only slightly better experience is at the outdoor grill station, which shows some effort, but this minor exception does not make up for the overall poor quality.
Overall, Titanic Beach Hurghada leaves a highly unprofessional and disappointing impression. Anyone who values proper service, quality, and hospitality should definitely look elsewhere.

I recently stayed at Titanic Beach Resort in Hurghada on an all-inclusive basis room 1141 and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a wide variety of pools, dining options, and activities to suit all ages. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful, always smiling and willing to assist, which truly made the stay more enjoyable.
That said, I do feel the resort could improve by being more considerate towards elderly guests and those with medical conditions who may struggle with the long walking distances inside the property. Adding golf carts or shuttle services for easy transportation, as well as more accessible wheelchair facilities, would make a big difference and ensure comfort for everyone.
Another point worth mentioning is the bazaar inside the resort. While convenient, I found the prices there to be quite high. As an Egyptian myself, I realized I was paying much more compared to the bazaars just outside the resort, which are only a short walk away and offer better value for money.
Overall, Titanic Beach Resort offers a fantastic holiday experience with great service, but with a few adjustments—especially regarding accessibility and fairer pricing at the bazaars inside—the resort could become even more welcoming for all guests.

I had an excellent stay at the Titanic Beach Spa! The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, the entertainment was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — you really feel good from start to finish.
However, a big downside is that there’s no elevator, which makes it very difficult to get around with a stroller. Going up and down the stairs or ramps is quite a struggle, and I can’t imagine how hard it must be for people in wheelchairs.
Despite this accessibility issue, I still had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel for everything else! 🌴💦

We had such a great time at the hotel! Right from the start, the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The hotel is gorgeous with clean, spacious areas and an amazing private beach. We got an awesome surprise—a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was really roomy and comfy, plus the balcony had great views, which made our stay even better. The food was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The pool was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. There were plenty of fun activities and the vibe was relaxed but lively. Overall, the service was spot on and we loved every minute. Definitely planning to come back soon!
